With more than two decades of hands-on operating experience, Mathew has built a reputation as a straight-talking operator who structures deals others overlook. SIMM Capital focuses on private real estate investment in the Pittsburgh market and beyond, targeting cash-flow-first acquisitions, mezzanine debt, and development equity for accredited investors.

Mathew is also the author of The Operator's Playbook, Become Scaleable and the founder of The HoldCo, a business advisory firm serving founder-led companies across the country.
